Return & Refund Policy
1. For Return/Refund requests kindly email email@example.com with the following details: Customer Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Order ID, and reason for return/refund.
2. Please note that returns and Refunds are subject to approval by our Customer Service Team.
3. In any case that the customer is not happy with the product, we provide a 48-hour feedback grace period upon receiving the products for any return/refund requests.
4. We highly encourage you to take videos of your package during unboxing to ensure proper documentation. Please note that any fees associated with the return will be shouldered by the customer.
5. Refunds usually reflect 14-30 business days (depending on your mode of payment) after our Customer Service team has approved your request.
6. Fees associated with the refund and returns will be covered by HelloMida following confirmation that errors such as: wrong item received, wrong color, damaged and defective product, were made on our end.
Conditions for Returns:
1. Return requests should be supported with videos or photos for our Customer Service Team to confirm the reason for return.
2. Item/s for return requests should not be used, washed, altered, torn or dirty.
3. Any discoloration on item/s will not be granted a return/refund.
4. Swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic purposes.
5. Item/s should be in their original packaging together with their tags.
